1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DigiCoupleWrapped platform (operated by DigiCoupleCards) and generating a wrapped, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our services. The use of the platform is restricted to individuals over 18 years of age, or minors with explicit consent from parents or legal guardians.

2. Service Description and Access Architecture

DigiCoupleWrapped is a service for generating personalised relationship wrapped experiences ("Wrapped"). The user inputs texts, dates, photos, and a music link.

• Access via Link: The final product is delivered as a unique, randomised link (not indexed by search engines).
• Link Security: Anyone who possesses the final link will be able to view the wrapped and all its content. Keeping, sharing, or maintaining the confidentiality of this link is exclusively the contracting user's responsibility. DigiCoupleCards is not liable for third-party access resulting from voluntary or accidental sharing of the link.

3. Copyright, Image Rights, and User Content

You are solely and entirely responsible for all files (photos), texts, and music links you insert into the platform. By submitting this data, you represent and warrant that:

• You have explicit authorisation from the other person (partner) appearing in the photos and texts to use their image and data in this tribute.
• You are not infringing on third-party copyrights by linking to or referencing music, images, or other protected works.
• The content is not defamatory, offensive, illegal, or violating the privacy of third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold DigiCoupleCards harmless from any judicial or extrajudicial claims, lawsuits, or losses arising from the content you generated on the platform.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure and Hosting

To operate the platform, DigiCoupleCards uses third-party infrastructure services. The images submitted by you are stored on Supabase Storage and receive a public, randomised URL so they can be displayed on your final page. By using the service, you agree to the processing and storage of these files in these third-party infrastructures.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. DigiCoupleWrapped consists of the delivery of a fully personalised digital product.

Due to the nature of custom-made digital goods consumed immediately after link generation, refund requests after the delivery of the functional link via email will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be granted in cases of proven technical failure of our platform.

6. Plans, Availability, and "Lifetime" Access

We offer 12-month access or "Lifetime" access plans.

• Definition of Lifetime: The term "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the DigiCoupleWrapped service itself, not the user's lifetime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform (for technical, commercial, or legal reasons) at any time. In the event of the permanent closure of DigiCoupleWrapped's operations, the links will cease to function, with no obligation to refund purchases made more than 30 days prior to the closure.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiCoupleWrapped is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. Under no circumstances shall DigiCoupleCards be liable for any indirect, emotional, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the platform, email delivery failures, or relationship breakups of the users.

8. Modifications and Contact
